Respect
The Student Respect society at Goldsmiths is the largest, most active political party based society at Goldsmiths. Student Respect are the student branch of 4 year old left-wing party RESPECT, and plays a strong role amongst nearly all on campus activism. Activities include hosting forums on socialism, inviting Marxist speakers to Goldsmiths and campaigning for free education, issues surrounding anti-racism and the environment, and maintaining a constant presence at the forefront of the Stop-the-War group and Palestine Twinning Campaign.
